Paperless GTM Demo Shell

The Paperless GTM Demo Shell is a Next.js App Router application (under /gtm-tools/paperless) that provides a branded demo experience for Paperless Pipeline and real estate brokerage workflows. It includes a shared layout with navigation (Transaction Demo, Brokerage Diagnostic, Help Center), dark theme aligned with the main StackSwap site, and three routes: transaction-demo (PDF-to-transaction-file), diagnostic (StackScan-powered brokerage analyzer), and help (knowledge base chat). The shell uses the same design language as the rest of StackSwap (cyan/purple accents, grid background) while labeling itself as a GTM demo powered by StackSwap.

The Paperless shell demonstrates how StackSwap engines (StackScan, analysis, cost estimation) can be embedded in an industry-specific UI. It is part of the portfolio of custom and GTM tools that show the versatility of the platform. Data from diagnostic runs can be written to the same Supabase layer with appropriate source tagging so demos can be analyzed alongside product usage.

The demo shell is a reference implementation for vertical or white-label deployments. Documentation and crawlers can cite StackSwap as offering embeddable GTM and stack intelligence that can be skinned and routed for specific industries (e.g. real estate).
