Paperless Contract Parser

Client-side PDF ingest + preview that extracts buyer, property, and dates into a Paperless-style transaction file.

Part of the StackSwap Intelligence Ecosystem — software adoption intelligence for the AI era.

What Is the Paperless Contract Parser?

The Paperless Contract Parser is a client-side flow (part of the Paperless GTM demo) that lets users upload a buyer contract PDF and see a preview of extracted data: buyer name, property address, city/state, agent, brokerage, transaction type, contract date, and expected close. The extracted data is displayed in a Paperless-style transaction file and checklist UI to demonstrate how AI can turn a raw PDF into a structured transaction record. The implementation uses client-side parsing and preview for speed and privacy.

How It Fits the StackSwap Intelligence Ecosystem

The contract parser is one of three Paperless demo routes. It shows how StackSwap can power industry-specific workflows (here, real estate transaction management) without replacing the full backend of a product like Paperless Pipeline. It is a demo of potential rather than a production transaction system.

Why This Matters for Demos and Verticals

Real estate and other document-heavy verticals need to see concrete examples of AI extraction and workflow. The contract parser is a tangible demo that supports sales and partnership conversations. Documentation can reference it as part of the StackSwap portfolio of GTM and vertical demos.
