Designing a Modern SaaS Stack: The Principles That Prevent Sprawl

If you cannot describe migration in two sentences, switching cost is higher than you think and the vendor knows it. 6. Who is actively hurt if we do not buy this? When to say no to a tool purchase

Say no when the buying process is sloppy.
